Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledge that a CBC and Firearms Training may be required; attendance at trainings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and clear guidance.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved; implement action plans for service improvements.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Supervise hourly associates; set expectations, recognize performance, foster belonging.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; promote continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and uphold Walmart values and integrity.
