Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, plus supervising 5+ direct reports.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, mentoring, and feedback across store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
