Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; communicating and collaborating with all levels of store associates to implement business solutions.
• Drives the financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and managing expenses in designated area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, setting clear expectations and recognizing performance.
