Job summary

The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, budgeting, and achieving sales goals while ensuring shrink and expenses are controlled. Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent supervisory experience; preferred Bachelor of Science in Business

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates by training, mentoring, and communicating clear expectations.
• Support store operations through coaching on merchandising, workflow, and customer service.
• Drive sales and financial performance while ensuring policy compliance and a culture of belonging.
