Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor level leadership education is preferred.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and feedback to store associates.
• Drive store’s financial performance by monitoring PL statements and budgeting.
• Ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved with a high-quality experience.
• Promote a culture of belonging and operational excellence across store operations.
