Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker to support the overnight team in keeping shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning. This role involves unloading trucks, stocking, rotating products, and ensuring backroom efficiency.

You will work with a team to maintain inventory integrity, assist customers, and uphold Hy-Vee’s standards for dress code and safety. A high school diploma is required, with up to six months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 100 pounds or more.
• Stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find products.
• Assist customers with locating items and report feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
• Monitor mis-picks, stockouts, and deliveries; report issues.
• Maintain organized stock and clean backroom.
• Tag shelves and coordinate with scanning coordinator for input.
• Work with teammates for efficient overnight operation.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and policies.
