Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker to keep shelves full and well-organized during overnight hours. You will unload trucks, stock products, rotate inventory, and ensure freshness for the morning rush.

This role requires a friendly, proactive team player who can work efficiently and safely through a physically demanding shift. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products.
• Assist customers with locating items and report requests to the team.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Monitor for mis-picked items and report issues to the team.
• Keep backroom organized and tag shelves with overstock/understock.
• Communicate with teammates to ensure a smooth overnight operation.
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and policies.
• Take on additional store tasks and projects as needed.
