Responsibilities

• Lead overnight stocking team; delegate work and motivate Partners.
• Train and develop Partners; assist with onboarding.
• Monitor schedules and labor; ensure inventory accuracy and in-stocks.
• Maintain displays and follow SOPs; comply with store procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selections.
