Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• 3+ months stocking or customer service experience.
• Experience leading an overnight team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight stocking team, delegate work, and ensure accurate in-stocks.
• Coach and develop Partners; assist with onboarding and training.
• Maintain strong communication with store leadership on team performance and needs.
• Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs and display standards.
• Operate pallet jack / related equipment as needed.
