Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a stepdown unit. You will evaluate progress, monitor changes in condition and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safety and quality of care.

Shifts are 3x12 nights, offering a structured schedule and opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting. Prior stepdown or critical care experience is preferred to deliver high-level patient management.
