The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and prior hotel or retail customer service experience. Flexible across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of hotel experience or retail customer service preferred.
• Experience in extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb, kneel, and move about the facility.
• Flexible to mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate hotel van safely and courteously.
• Assist guests with shuttle service and luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain vehicle mileage log and report any defects.
• Assist in housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with shifts and management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and laws.
