Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Van Driver/Shuttle associate to provide transportation for hotel guests and support daily hotel operations. The role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and strong guest service and safety awareness.

You will transport guests, assist with luggage, perform vehicle checks, and support front desk and maintenance teams as needed. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate hotel vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from airport, hotel and other destinations while following traffic laws.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage with courtesy.
• Provide directions and local information to guests.
• Respond to guest questions and service needs with hospitality and urgency.
• Report feedback or issues to management for timely resolution.
• Refuel, inspect, and maintain hotel vehicle daily; report safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle area and parking lot during downtime.
