Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking safe, customer-focused shuttle drivers in Houston to transport passengers between the parking lot and the airport terminal. You will operate shuttle buses, follow routes, and maintain safety standards, while delivering courteous service to travelers.

Must be 21+ years old, able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and work 12am–8am. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus safely and follow DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations along routes.
• Maintain trip counts and required documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure shuttle cleanliness and orderliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with luggage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and teammates.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
• Report accidents immediately.
