Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation between our parking facility and Albuquerque airport. You will operate clean vehicles, maintain routes, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Excellent driving skills and defensive driving knowledge.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record and participate in DOT/company training as required.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
