Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Memphis, TN is seeking a Shuttle Driver for an overnight shift (9pm–5am). You will provide safe, friendly transportation between our parking facility and the airport, operate clean vehicles, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, being at least 21, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s certificate and work the 12am–8am hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and be able to work 12am - 8am.
• Experience with diverse populations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations

Qualifications: Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Required Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and work 12am - 8am.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
