Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation to travelers between our lot and the airport terminal. The position requires operating well‑maintained vehicles, upholding DOT regulations, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Ideal candidates are 21+, have a valid license with a clean record, and can pass a background check. The role offers weekend hours (Sat & Sun 4am–2pm) with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate must be obtainable.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service to diverse passengers.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus and follow DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers on established routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior of the shuttle.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with luggage.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and team members.
• Report incidents and keep accurate trip logs.
