Job summary

New Haven, a residential treatment center in Saratoga Springs, Utah, is seeking a Part Time Overnight Mentor Supervisor (on-site). The role supports adolescent girls and their families across campuses in Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs.

You will lead and mentor mentors, coordinate shift operations, and partner with HR to hire and onboard staff, while promoting safety, continuous development, and accountability in a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Utah background check required.
• Willing to commit for at least 8 months and obtain Food Handler’s Permit before starting.
• Policy knowledge on hiring, disciplinary procedures, and mentor responsibilities.
• Understanding student challenges, behavioral disorders, and medication protocols.
• Leads by example with strong teaching, motivation and team-building skills.
• Collaborates with therapists and nurses in a professional manner.
• Remains calm under pressure and can safely manage crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: Supervise and support Mentors during shifts and foster a positive team culture.
• Strategic Delegation: Assign responsibilities to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Talent Onboarding: Partner with HR to hire and onboard the right candidates.
• Thorough Orientation: Guide new hires through a structured on-shift orientation.
• Continuous Development: Facilitate weekly training sessions and coaching.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor staff performance and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Accountability & Discipline: Apply disciplinary protocols professionally.
• Clear Communication: Share shift updates during handoffs for continuity.
• Team Representation: Advocate for your shift at interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
• Safety Leadership: Conduct quarterly safety drills and model best practices.
