Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Virginia Beach store. You will support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer experience, stepping in to lead staff when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, maintain merchandising displays, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately. A strong emphasis on service and teamwork shapes daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical thinking required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and assist store management to ensure smooth operations in absence of a manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Coordinate merchandise presentation, pricing, stocking and displays; ensure weekly and seasonal promotions are executed.
