Job summary

CVS Health in Columbia, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. When managers are off, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise daily operations, handle customer questions, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays. The role requires flexibility including overnight and weekend shifts, with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities
