Job summary

CVS Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a safe, clean and organized environment.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, assist customers and manage merchandise, pricing, shelving and displays. Competitive pay and benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Execute department resets following planograms and maintain store presentation.
