Job summary

Snappy’s, a retail leader in Philipsburg, PA, is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor. You will lead the night team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver the legendary customer service customers expect.

Responsibilities include guiding daily tasks, training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean store. A High School diploma or GED is required, plus prior supervisory experience and RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.
• Lead the Team: Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.
• Train and Develop: Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.
• Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.
• Stay Organized: Manage store cleanliness, safety, security, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma/GED and basic math and computer skills for cash handling, reporting, and point-of-sale operation are required.
• Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience preferred.
• Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable.
• Certifications: RAMP Certification (Server/Seller Trained) required or willingness to complete.
