Job summary

Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's in Philipsburg, PA is hiring an Overnight Grille Cook to prepare fresh foods and deliver great service during the night shift.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain quality and cleanliness, and ensure items are prepared to order while following safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior food-service experience helps but is not necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior retail, restaurant or food service preferred but not required; training provided.
• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: Positive attitude and commitment to great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and ensure a great customer experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and prep spaces.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to ready the Grille for the next shift.
