Snappy's in Philipsburg, PA is hiring an Overnight Grille Cook to prepare fresh menu items and keep the kitchen running smoothly through the night. You’ll work the overnight shift, handle made-to-order dishes, and deliver friendly service to guests.

The role emphasizes quick, accurate food prep, clean workspaces, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork. High school diploma or GED required; prior food service is a plus, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.

Qualifications

• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
