Bald Eagle Fuel & Tire, d/b/a Snappy's is hiring an Overnight Shift Supervisor to lead our team through nightly operations and deliver the fast, friendly service we’re known for. You’ll set the tone for exceptional customer care, guide daily tasks, train staff, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS processes.

Join us to help keep shelves stocked, maintain safety, and oversee a welcoming store atmosphere during the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic math and computer skills for cash handling, reporting, and POS.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience preferred.
• RAMP Certification (Server/Seller Trained) required or willingness to complete certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during your shift.
• Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring productivity.
• Oversee training and growth opportunities, and communicate performance feedback to management.
• Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.
• Keep the store clean, safe, secure, and organized to ensure smooth operations.
