Snappy’s, a retail leader in Philipsburg, PA, is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor. You will lead the night team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver the legendary customer service customers expect.

Responsibilities include guiding daily tasks, training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean store. A High School diploma or GED is required, plus prior supervisory experience and RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience.
• RAMP Certification required or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead the team with daily prioritization and guidance for tasks.
• Train and develop employees, provide performance feedback to management.
• Maintain inventory, rotate stock, and ensure items are ready for customers.
• Keep store clean, organized, and secure to run smoothly.
