McDonald’s is seeking an Overnight Shift Manager in Training. Ideal candidates bring prior management experience, preferably in quick-service, hospitality, or retail, and must be 18 years or older. If you lack shift-leader experience, consider applying for a Maintenance or Crew role.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead a crew and other managers during a shift to ensure fast, friendly, accurate service and adherence to McDonald’s standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for customers.
• Inspire and empower crew and other managers to deliver great quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Cultivate training and continued learning within the restaurant.
• Drive and maintain a high level of team performance.
