Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient new residents with policies and routines.
• Assist with client check-ins and documentation.
• Monitor resident safety through rounds and interactions.
• Enforce facility rules while supporting residents respectfully.
• Respond to incidents and maintain clear reports.
• Help residents access services through referrals.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of living spaces.
• Communicate maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Build rapport with residents in daily interactions.
• Uphold confidentiality and agency protocols.
