• Resolve conflicts and file incident reports when needed.
• Provide emergency support and follow procedures.
• Conduct safety and wellness checks on residents.
• Communicate concerns with security staff to ensure safety.
• Provide late-night transportation if the program utilizes fleet vehicles.
• Support program functions and food distribution as needed.
