Responsibilities

• Provide active staff presence during overnight shifts and maintain facility safety.
• Assist with cleanliness, safety, and groundskeeping; manage spills and waste.
• Perform nightly deep cleans to uphold health standards across the site.
• Log incidents and resolve conflicts; file incident reports when needed.
• Provide emergency support and follow emergency procedures; conduct wellness checks.
• Coordinate with security for resident safety and potential late-night transportation.
• Support program functions: housing progress discussions and guest assistance.
• Record daily events in staff logs and organize late-night meals and early-morning food distribution.
