Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and serenity of residents during overnight shifts.
• Provide overnight staff presence and assist with cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Perform nightly deep cleans and safety checks across the site.
• Resolve conflicts and file incident reports when necessary; follow emergency procedures.
• Provide late-night transportation if program utilizes fleet vehicles; communicate with security and staff.
• Support Program Manager with housing progress discussions with shelter guests.
• Provide general guest support and observe/report concerns in daily logs.
• Organize late-night meals and early-morning food distribution.
