Job summary

The Archway in Arlington, TX is seeking a part-time Client Advocate (Overnight) Sunday - Thursday 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

to join our shelter team and walk alongside survivors as they reclaim safety and the next chapter of their lives. As a Client Advocate, you will support residents during crises, help maintain a safe and healing environment, and perform daily living tasks, intake, documentation, and room preparation with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a residential facility or shelter required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living needs
• Conducting intake assessments and resident orientations
• Maintaining accurate, timely client documentation
• Preparing rooms for new residents
• Conducting regular safety checks throughout the facility
• Providing general shelter coverage with confidence and minimal supervision
