MBK Senior Living is seeking a dependable NOC Shift Caregiver for Crystal Terrace Senior Living in Oregon. This overnight role supports residents during quiet hours, focusing on safety, dignity, and comfort.

Duties include bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility support within a team‑oriented environment. You will follow care plans, document changes, and respond promptly to resident requests, with a 12‑hour night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident’s self-respect, personal dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide meal assistance and service as needed.
• Transport residents and assist with transfers using safe techniques.
• Perform regular safety checks and encourage participation in activities.
• Lead residents in meaningful activities and assist with laundry and other duties as required.
• Manage oxygen tanks and document observations and incidents as needed.
• Respond to resident alerts and participate in safety drills.
