Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Provide mealtime assistance and serve meals.
• Transport residents and help with mobility safely.
• Read care plans and follow instructions accurately.
• Chart and document changes in residents' condition.
