Job summary

MBK Senior Living's Crystal Terrace Senior Living in Oregon is hiring a dependable NOC Shift Caregiver for 12-hour nights. You will help residents with daily living activities, ensure safety, and support a calm, team-focused environment.

In this overnight role, you’ll follow care plans, document observations, and respond to alerts, contributing to comfort and dignity for residents. DOE pay with full benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Nurse Aide certification preferred and state regulations compliance.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Current first aid certification.
• Background checks and TB testing as required by regulations.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, grooming, hygiene.
• Provide meal assistance and escort residents to activities.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality with quality service.
• Record and report observations and changes to supervisor.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Respond to resident alerts and emergencies and document appropriately.
• Assist with mobility and safety checks as needed.
