Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion detection or related security tech preferred.
• Experience with low‑voltage electrical systems and structured cabling preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, cabling and network connectivity.
• Basic understanding of IP networking and networked devices is a plus.
• Hands‑on mechanical and technical aptitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Able to learn new technologies and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teams.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently after training.
• Comfortable in field service and responding to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain customer security systems per procedures and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize performance.
• Create accurate service reports and documentation for compliance.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and opportunities for additional support.
• Respond to and resolve issues involving electronic security systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform testing on CCTV, access control and other low-voltage systems.
• Install and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling and network devices.
• Conduct routine inspections and system health checks for reliable operation.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to restore function.
• Document service activities and maintenance for traceability.
• Coordinate with internal resources to resolve complex issues.
