Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.

Responsibilities

• Leads employees and fosters teamwork, morale, motivation and open communication.
• Coaches staff and communicates expectations clearly.
• Conducts interviews with candidate hires.
• Implements discipline when necessary and maintains staff supervision and training.
• Oversees security operations as assigned and maintains employee files.
• Ensures compliance with State Lottery Regulations and internal policies.
