Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand English sufficiently to perform the job.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a Maryland State Lottery Agency license.

Responsibilities

• Leads employees, fostering teamwork, morale, motivation and open communication.
• Coaches staff with a consistent, approachable demeanor and clear expectations.
• Conducts interviews with employee candidates.
• Recommends, documents and issues discipline as necessary.
• Oversees supervision, evaluation and training of staff.
• Ensures compliance with State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls and company policies.
