Job summary

Target Security Specialist position supporting Target's supply chain asset protection. You will help keep the facility safe, patrol yards and perimeters, and follow emergency procedures. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to react quickly in crises.

You will work Tuesday through Friday, 8:00pm to 6:00am, with eligible benefits including health coverage and 401(k). Training is provided and career growth is possible within Target Security.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm during crisis situations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for state employed.
• Meet state/local licensure and/or other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security across Target supply chain facilities and protect guests, team members, and assets.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles to perform yard and perimeter patrols.
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents to leadership.
• Manage truck gate operations and visitor management according to procedures.
