Job summary

Target is hiring a Seasonal Target Security Specialist to help maintain a safe work environment. You will patrol yards and perimeters, respond to incidents, and assist with security trailer management at a Target supply chain site.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure. Shift is Tue-Fri, 9:00am–7:00pm, with pay and benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations.
• Possesses and maintains a valid driver's license for state employed.

Responsibilities

• Execute routines to support a safe and secure work environment for Target team members, temporary workers, vendors and visitors at a Target supply chain building.
• Operate Target owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership.
• Follow best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process.
