This role requires decisive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle incidents professionally. Key requirements include 1–3 years of security experience (supervisory preferred), 21+ years of age, valid driver’s license, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of security experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency (report writing, email, incident systems)
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and escalations
• Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in a timely manner
• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Ensure all security protocols and post orders are followed
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members
• Assist with training and mentoring of security staff
