Responsibilities

• Coach and develop security officers to meet company standards.
• Lead daily scrum with Branch Manager to communicate changes in service, property, post orders, and routing.
• Schedule spot checks and provide feedback, accountability, and recognition.
• Report client issues to the Coordinator and help resolve them promptly.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing candidates, and onboarding.
• Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate with the Coordinator.
• Ensure schedule coverage to fulfill contracted services and minimize overtime.
