Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol in Jefferson, WI. You will provide security and customer service, conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

The role includes monitoring access, reporting security concerns, and following site procedures. Minimums include a high school diploma, background check, and a drive for safety.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories reviewed per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Support a professional, orderly work environment by observing operations, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and communicating relevant information to site contacts.
