Job summary

Responsibilities

Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of the building.
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems.
Respond to emergencies and security concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain shift logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
Assist with package handling and vendor deliveries when required.
Maintain control and documentation of keys.
Identify and report suspicious activity or safety hazards.
Coordinate with building management and staff to support daily operations.
Enforce building policies with a calm, professional demeanor.
Ensure clear communication during shift transitions.
