HHM Hotels is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to patrol designated hotel areas, respond to disturbances, and maintain safety across the property. The role includes preparing incident reports, logging daily activities, and assisting guests with luggage while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent; prior security experience is desirable and CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated hotel areas.
• Respond to disturbances and emergencies.
• Maintain a daily activity log.
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to guest and employee incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with hotel management.
• Access secured areas for authorized personnel.
• Complete incident/accident reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with entry according to hotel standards.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits per OSHA standards.
• Monitor TV cameras, if applicable.
• Perform bell person tasks and assist guests with luggage.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
