Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a security professional to protect guests and employees through regular patrols and vigilant observation. You will document activities and follow company policies to ensure safety across all facilities and grounds.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, writing daily activity reports, and investigating disturbances. The role requires clear communication and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Previous security or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to respond to and resolve noise and other disturbances professionally.
• Ability to handle confidential information and report to management.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Routinely conduct complete and thorough patrols, on foot and by vehicle throughout grounds, reporting unsafe conditions and security issues.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities; conduct investigations concerning damage, theft, unauthorized presence, or unusual occurrences.
• Monitor noise levels in guest areas and respond as needed.
• Maintain awareness of safety concerns and report them to the manager.
• Monitor and ensure guests adhere to policies and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as directed or required.
