Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following reporting procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and activities in required reports and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
