Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Overnight in Oshkosh, WI. You will patrol manufacturing and industrial locations unarmed, maintain a visible security presence, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Valid driver’s license required. Position is full-time with overnight shifts and a competitive hourly pay. The role supports a team focused on integrity, teamwork, and community protection.

Qualifications

• Provides customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Executes routine unarmed patrols to deter incidents and ensure safety.
• Maintains log and reports to site contacts.
• Adheres to site policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by site procedures.
• Report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
