Job summary

SSC, Inc. is seeking a Communications Center Operator to support Security Officers by monitoring systems, coordinating coverage for vacant shifts, and delivering high-quality customer service. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work nights from 12am to 8am.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in security or high-volume environments, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Part-time with weekly pay cycles.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1+ year security experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to employees/clients.
• Answer calls and arrange coverage for vacant shifts.
• Maintain accurate records (calls, timesheets, payroll).
• Monitor security systems in the Communications Center.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Cover shifts in the field during emergencies.
