Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Security Guard for overnight coverage at the senior living community in Lone Tree, CO. The role includes monitoring access, handling deliveries, and assisting residents and visitors with a professional, discreet demeanor.

Responsibilities include patrolling, documenting incidents, and operating security systems while maintaining confidentiality and resident privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Security, concierge or customer service experience preferred; senior living/healthcare hospitality desirable.
• Walk/stand patrols for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Greet and screen visitors; ensure only authorized entry after hours.
• Log deliveries overnight and notify staff; respond to emergencies.
• Operate access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm panels.
