Job summary

Elite Security & Staffing seeks an Overnight Security Guard for a retirement community in Escondido. You will provide resident and staff protection, maintain a visible security presence, and respond to incidents during a late-night shift.

This full-time role pays $20.00/hour and includes weekly pay with direct deposit. You’ll carry a BSIS PTA certificate and CPR certification, gain experience with GuardPro, and demonstrate strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills while

Qualifications

BSIS PTA certificate and training documentation required.
CPR certification required (proof required).
Experience with GuardPro reporting system preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Authorized to work in the United States with valid ID.
Escondido or North San Diego County residents encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff.
Maintain a visible security presence through continuous foot patrols.
Monitor and protect client property and ensure a safe environment.
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Complete detailed reports and documentation using GuardPro.
Communicate clearly and professionally with management and residents.
Follow all site procedures and security protocols.
